I came to work here three years ago and immediately noticed the positive atmosphere. Family friendly, flexible work schedules, suggestions for changes are received openly, easy to implement changes, great co-workers, friendly environment, lots of training opportunities.

My journey with Anthology started as an implementation consultant. Growth and expansion of the organization gave me opportunities and exposure to a global customer base across over 20 countries. I have had the privilege to play various roles within professional services and pre-sales.

Over the last 10 years, the organization has helped me grow professionally and has provided me with invaluable life experiences.

It's been  more than a year now since my onboarding into Anthology. And as I  look back at the year that has passed, it brings a big smile on my face. I personally feel lucky and grateful for being a part of the CMI Nexus CRM team. My integration into the company and team was very smooth with all the members being very professional, friendly and open minded. I have had wonderful times with the team. The work culture of my team is by far the best I have been a part of. Also, a helping hand is omnipresent from each member of the team. This goes to show that a company that takes care of it's people will be taken care of by it's employees.
